Ingreadient

  • 1 packet seasoning tom yam
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 5-6 chilli padi
  • 3 stalks lemongrass (crushed)
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 carrot / mushroom
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 cm galangal
  • chicken/squid/prawns
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce and tomato sauce
