Method

1. Blend (onion, lemon, tomato, chilli).
2. Put the blended ingredients in a pan and just 1 packet seasoning tom yam. Saute and add water as needed.

3. Add the carrots.
4. Once the carrots padded insert excess chilli, lemon grass, ginger slices, onion, sugar, salt. If you want more delicious can add 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons chili sauce and 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
5. When you've come to the boil can enter fillets, shrimp, squid and so on.
6. Then add the tomatoes, mushrooms and lime leaves.
7. Be ready to be served.

Ingreadient

  • 1 packet seasoning tom yam
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 5-6 chilli padi
  • 3 stalks lemongrass (crushed)
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 carrot / mushroom
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 cm galangal
  • chicken/squid/prawns
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce and tomato sauce

These restaurant established in 2002 with our flagship Hot Spicy Recepies in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
